Dealt with the Oldham Branch and the service and communication was exceptional. Was asked to come in on the same day (today) and spoke to Mohan who was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Everything was explained to me thoroughly! Definitely recommend!

2 days agoBasically, I was provisionally accepted for the application through CreditKarma & says 99% accepted. When I applied, been passed on to one and to another and I was already thinking I was 100% approved. Was on hold for long via phone call then asked me the questions that I had already answered through the online application that got me provisionally accepted but in the end DENIED me of the loan without explaining why. Avoid this company. They are time wasters. 🙄

Needed a $60K biz loan, contacted this Cardiff Co. jumped through all their hoops. They requested a ton of biz and personal info, sent them everything. then crickets. nothing, no hey sorry we couldn't get you funded or nothing. I sent email and text, still no reply back. starting to get worried that this place is scam and now they have all my info. I was able to get a loan via Chase bank thank goodness! but now these clowns have my info, so I'm worried.

2 hours agoI have had a mixed experience with everyday loans, they were there when needed however the interest rates are astronomically high. I also did not like the fact that there were no regular statements and you were not able to easily access information on your account as there are no online services, everytime you need an update on your status you need to call the branch. Customer service is good when in contact with staff, however. I have recently repaid my loan early and needed to call the branch to confirm that this payment had been received (note you cannot make extra payments online either) I asked the branch if I would receive a closing letter but I was informed that this would not happen and that the only way to confirm my account settlement is to “check my credit report in a few months” surely it would be a courtesy to send a closing letter to customers once an account has settled?

Aug 14, 2024Spoke to Hussein from Lewisham Branch today and compared to the first call I had on the 8/08 (thanks for reminding me hussein) I realised what makes you return back to a company you’re uncertain of because of the way it was dealt with. Honestly as an agent myself I have never felt at ease and I’m always anxious being the customer. Patient, informative, resourceful, knowledgeable and confident. Delivery is 100%….and it’s THE END OF THE DAY! he didn’t ask me to review him I searched to see if you do have reviews because I know this will get to him in the teams meeting. The initial application seems straightforward. You’re led to believe that everything is ready to go.
Wait around for phone calls. No one calls you back.
In the end, I was given some ridiculous excuse about not living at the address I’ve been at for over 20 years!
Worries me that they gain access to online banking, identification etc.
APR rates are criminal!
Avoid at all costs!
